Dhvija Finance Approves ₹5 Crore Series B Secured NCD Issue

Dhvija Finance approved a second-tranche Series B private placement of up to 500,000 secured, unlisted NCDs aggregating ₹5 crore. The debentures carry a 16% annual coupon, mature 18 months after allotment, and are secured by pari-passu hypothecation of company assets with a minimum 100% security cover.
