Digicontent Board Approves ₹37 Crore Warrant Issue to Promoter and Investors

Board approved increase in authorised share capital to Rs 20 Cr from Rs 13 Cr, and preferential issue of 1.4 Cr warrants at Rs 26.41 each to raise Rs 37.2 Cr from promoter Hindustan Times Limited and others. EGM on 7th August 2026 to seek member approval.
