Digitide appointed Harigovind Krishnasamy as CFO-designate effective immediately, becoming CFO and KMP on October 1, 2026. He brings over 21 years of finance experience, including CFO roles at Matrimony.com and Embibe. Current CFO Suraj Prasad will transition to Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer.
