Dishman Carbogen Amcis Approves ₹75 Crore Secured NCD Issue

Board approved private placement of senior secured listed NCDs aggregating up to Rs 75 Cr, carrying 10.0% annual interest and maturing after 18 months. The issue will be secured by 1.1x cover, including mortgage of 1,71,476 sq m of land and a corporate guarantee from Dishman Infrastructure Ltd.
