DLF Forms Rs 3,750 Crore IREO Joint Venture With Everstone

DLF and Everstone signed binding term sheet to form JV to invest in IREO India companies across Delhi Gurugram, DLF to invest about Rs3,750 crore for majority JV stake holding about 40% economic interest, closing expected in 2027 subject to diligence and approvals.
