Board approved merger of Sankalp Industrial Infratech Private Limited into Ekansh Concepts Limited with a share exchange ratio of 7 ECL shares for every 8 SIIPL shares. Post-merger promoter holding will be 73.71%. Mrs. Neha Beriwala and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Agrawal appointed as Additional Executive Directors.
