EKI Energy Services CFO Mohit Agarwal Resigns, Pooja Jorway Named Successor

EKI Energy's CFO and Whole Time Director Mohit Agarwal resigned effective July 15 due to personal reasons. Board appointed Pooja Jorway, an internal candidate with eight years of experience and MD's office exposure, as CFO and Whole Time Director from July 16.
