Elevate Campuses Approves 2,450-Bed Expansion At OP Jindal For ₹1,350 Crore

Investment Committee approved subsidiary GHS Sonipat II acquiring hostel accommodation for 2,450 beds across blocks SH12, SH14 plus mess, laundry and security for SH11, SH12, SH14 at O.P. Jindal Global University, taking Elevate to 10,500 beds there for Rs 1,350 crore over 9 years, Rs 150 crore upfront.
