Equitas Small Finance Bank Board OKs ₹1,250 Crore QIP, ₹500 Crore NCDs

Board approved enabling resolutions to raise capital via QIP of up to Rs 1,250 Cr and NCDs up to Rs 500 Cr, subject to member nod at the 10th AGM on September 9, 2026. Mr. Vasudevan P N re-appointed as MD & CEO for 3 years effective July 23, 2026. Mr. Mukund Barsagade appointed as CFO effective July 1, 2026.
