Eurotex Industries Faces ₹140 Crore MSEDCL Electricity Dues Demand

MSEDCL transferred outstanding electricity dues totaling Rs. 140.45 crore to Eurotex’s operating connection and demanded payment within 15 days, threatening disconnection. Eurotex said its CGRF complaint was rejected, its Supreme Court clarification appeal dismissed, and it disputes a separate Rs. 54.28 crore notional-billing demand while pursuing Ombudsman and legal remedies.
