Board approved preferential issue of 5,00,000 convertible warrants to promoter Mohammad Quaim Syed at Rs 479 per warrant, aggregating Rs 23.95 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. M/s Bilimoria Mehta & Co. appointed as statutory auditor for FY2026-31 to fill casual vacancy. EGM approved for shareholder consent.
