Board approved draft scheme of merger by absorption of promoter entity Expo Project Engineering Services Private Limited into the company with a share exchange ratio of 22:1, subject to NCLT, SEBI and other approvals. Transferor had FY26 turnover of Rs 4.4 Cr and PAT of Rs 0.3 Cr.
