Fractal Analytics Appoints Shilpa Kedia As Group Chief Financial Officer

Board appointed Ms. Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer and Group CFO, Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management member, effective October 19, 2026. Kedia joins from Johnson & Johnson’s India MedTech business and previously held senior finance, investor relations, M&A, treasury and controllership roles at HUL, J&J and Nokia. The appointment resolves the CFO succession gap following Ashwath Bhat’s resignation and adds experienced multinational finance leadership; compensation and transition arrangements were not disclosed.
