G-Tec Jainx Education Promoters Launch Rs 29 Open Offer For 26 Percent

Existing promoters G-Tec Education and Roychand Chenraj agreed to acquire 12,22,692 shares (12%) of G-Tec Jainx Education from promoter Sudhakar Sonawane at Rs25 per share, triggering mandatory open offer for 26,49,166 shares (26%) at Rs29 per share for Rs7.68 crore cash.
