Gamco Ltd Approves ₹18.25 Crore Investment in Blissara Resorts

Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 114 Cr vs 55 Cr, up 106.3%. EBITDA at 40.7 Cr vs 22.0 Cr, up 85.3%. EBITDA Margin at 35.9% vs 39.9%, contraction of 400bps. PAT at 32.4 Cr vs 14.8 Cr, up 119.1%. The company expects to complete the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Visco Advisory to Blackstone affiliates by August 2026. Board also approved further investments of Rs 18.25 Cr for 25.5% stake in Blissara Resorts and Rs 5.5 Lakhs for 15% stake in Elika Realestate.
