Ganesh Green Bharat Approves ₹150 Crore Related-Party Transaction

Board proposed a Rs 150 Cr sale-of-goods related-party transaction with newly incorporated Ganesh Green Power (SL) Ltd, subject to shareholder approval. New promoter-linked overseas vehicle for expansion into Sierra Leone and African renewable-energy markets, extending beyond the company's domestic PSU-led business. Transaction is stated to be at arm's length and funded by internal accruals; valuation, pricing and counterparty financials were not disclosed.
