Board approved setting up Gaudium Women Hospital in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh under a 30-year land lease arrangement with a 15-year lock-in. Estimated project cost of up to Rs 15 Cr for development, construction, fit-outs, medical equipment, and commissioning.
