Global Defence Industries Secures 1500 Acre Government Land Lease In Maharashtra

Maharashtra government approved leasing ~1,500 acres at Haregaon, Shrirampur, Ahilyanagar to Global Defence Industries for its proposed project. Lease is 49 years, renewable for 49 years, at Rs 50,000 per acre per year with 3% annual escalation, plus first right of refusal on ~900 acres.
