GSP Crop Science Board Approves Merger of Rajdhani, Demerger of GIPL Unit

Board approved a Scheme of Arrangement to amalgamate Rajdhani Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd and demerge the manufacturing undertaking of GSP Intermediates Pvt Ltd into the company, effective April 1, 2026. No share issuance or cash consideration; aimed at simplifying corporate structure and achieving operational synergies.
