GTV Engineering Board Approves ₹75 Crore Loan Guarantee Authority

GTV proposed shareholder approval for loans, guarantees and security up to ₹75 crore under Section 185(2), and approved FY27 material related-party transactions. It also appointed Sanjay Kumar Agrawal as an independent director for five years, subject to member approval.
