Board approved additional Rs 820 Cr for 4.6 mn fkm OF, 5.64 mn fkm OFC, 300 MT preform; total OF/OFC/preform capex now Rs 1800 Cr to 43.10 mn, 62 mn, 600 MT by Jul/Oct 2028. Doubles preform plan and extends OF/OFC ramp; backed by Rs 19000 Cr OFC/connectivity order book and AI/hyperscaler demand; funded via accruals, promoter warrant proceeds and debt. Creates integrated preform-to-connectivity scale aiding supply security and margins; delivery to mid/late-2028 with debt funding adds execution and leverage risk; phasing and returns undisclosed.
