HT Media Board Approves ₹95 Crore Warrant Issue To Promoter And Investors

Board approved issuance of 3.88 Cr warrants on preferential basis to promoter The Hindustan Times Ltd and five other investors at Rs 24.57 per warrant, aggregating Rs 95.30 Cr. Also approved convening EGM on 7th August 2026 for shareholder approval.
