ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Announces 2% Promoter Share Sale

Prudential Corporation Holdings will sell up to 2% of ICICI Prudential AMC, or 9,885,169 shares, through the open market on August 27 to meet minimum public shareholding requirements, reducing aggregate promoter ownership from 87.60% to 85.60%.
