IHCL Board Approves Oriental Hotels Merger With 25:117 Share Swap

IHCL’s Board approved amalgamation of associate Oriental Hotels, which reported FY26 standalone revenue of ₹500.7 crore, into IHCL. OHL shareholders will receive 25 IHCL shares for every 117 held; the transaction aims to deliver portfolio, operational and cost synergies, subject to NCLT, shareholder and regulatory approvals.
