Imagicaaworld Inks Rs 50 Cr Shanku's JV, Ahmedabad Acquisition Not Executed

Imagicaaworld signed an investment agreement to acquire 50.002% of Mehsana Next Parks (Shanku's Water Park) for ₹50 Cr cash, making it a subsidiary. The company disclosed that the acquisition of Malpani Parks Ahmedabad has not been executed as on March 31, 2026, signalling delay.
