Inani Securities Promoters Sell 56.92% Stake At ₹60 Triggering Open Offer

Aikyam Financial Services agreed to acquire 25,94,214 shares representing 56.92% of Inani Securities from promoters at Rs60 per share via October 12 SPA, triggering mandatory open offer for 11,85,002 shares representing 26% at Rs60 cash aggregating Rs7.11 crore.
