Indo Borax Signs ₹246.12 Crore Agreement For 64.26% Kronox Stake

Indo Borax signed an agreement to acquire 64.26% of listed speciality-chemicals company Kronox Lab Sciences for ₹246.12 crore and approved a 25.79% open offer with Zenrock Chemicals. Kronox reported FY26 revenue of approximately ₹101 crore and PAT of ₹28 crore; its promoters will retain 9.95% and provide transition support.
