Indogulf Cropsciences Wins ₹8.5 Crore GST Recovery Case In High Court

Punjab and Haryana High Court ruled in Indogulf Cropsciences’ favour, quashing the show-cause notice and original GST order relating to an alleged ₹6.93 crore erroneous IGST refund. The department will refund the company’s ₹6.56 crore IGST and ₹1.55 crore interest deposits.
