Infosys Appoints Ashiss Kumar Dash CEO Designate Succeeding Salil Parekh

Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 48211 Cr vs 42279 Cr, up 14.0% (CC growth 2.4%). EBITDA at 12393 Cr vs 10985 Cr, up 12.8%. EBITDA Margin at 25.7% vs 26.0%, contraction of 30bps. PAT at 7769 Cr vs 6921 Cr, up 12.2%. AI as a % of revenue at 8.2%. Life Sciences segment was the key driver at +24.0% CC while Retail declined 1.8%. Management revised FY27 constant currency revenue growth guidance to 1.5-3.0% from earlier 1.5-3.5%, margin guidance retained at 20-22%. Board appointed Ashiss Kumar Dash as CEO Designate, to take over as MD & CEO from April 1, 2027.
