EBITDA Margin at 9.2% vs 10.9%, contraction of 170bps; erection and installation charges grew 37.9% vs revenue growth of 20.7%. PAT at 28.2 Cr vs 28.4 Cr, down 0.5%; Other Income fell to 3.0 Cr vs 9.9 Cr, masking operating strength. Board approved a QIP of up to 250 Cr, superseding the earlier 100 Cr approval, to fund growth initiatives. The Board also approved entering into a joint venture with ER Steel Inc. and incorporating a joint venture company. A 1:5 stock split was approved, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
