IRB Infrastructure Developers' Private InvIT Binds ₹4,605 Crore Asset Transfer To Public InvIT

IRB Infrastructure Trust signed a binding term sheet to transfer two BOT highway assets with enterprise value of Rs.4,605 Cr to IRB InvIT Fund. Unlocking Rs.2,744 Cr equity, the proceeds will fund ~Rs.8,000 Cr in new road sector opportunities, adding Rs.2,400 Cr to O&M order book.
