IRB InvIT Fund Approves ₹4,605 Crore Highway Asset Acquisition

IRB InvIT approved acquisition of two highway SPVs, SYTL and CGTL, for an enterprise value of INR 4,605 crore from its sponsor's Private InvIT. The Trust plans to raise up to INR 3,000 crore via institutional placement, rights issue, or debt to fund the purchase, subject to unitholder approval.
