Jupiter Infomedia Appoints Gopal Baldha As New Chief Financial Officer

Viren Sudhirbhai Bakraniya resigned as CFO effective September 3, 2026, citing separation of his dual CFO and Managing Director roles; he remains Managing Director. Gopal Baldha, a chartered accountant with over 14 years’ experience and a Promoter Group member, was appointed CFO effective immediately.
