Jupiter Wagons, Lucchini RS To Build India's First Integrated Railwheel Platform

Lucchini RS will acquire a 15% stake and Italy’s SIMEST a 10% stake in JTRWF for approximately €28 million, creating a strategic India-Italy partnership for India’s first fully integrated private-sector railwheel platform, including the Odisha facility, with technology transfer and export ambitions.
