Kapil Raj Finance Announces Rs22 Crore 26 Percent Open Offer At Rs2.24

Arpit Agarwal, Megha Agarwal and HUF announced open offer for up to 9.92 crore shares (26% of expanded capital) of Kapil Raj Finance at Rs 2.24 cash (Rs 22.22 crore), triggered by preferential allotment of 26.55 crore shares (69.57%) via share swap for Henyo Pack, gaining control.
