Darsh Advisory agreed to acquire 72.01% of Kenrik Industries from its outgoing promoters for Rs. 9 crore at Rs. 10 per share, triggering a cash open offer for 26.00% of public shares at Rs. 10 per share and a change to the company’s sole promoter.
