Khadim India Board Approves ₹11.75 Crore Preferential Warrant Issue

Board approved issue of up to 10,68,182 convertible warrants at ₹110 each aggregating ~₹11.75 Cr on preferential basis to promoter Siddhartha Roy Burman and 11 non-promoter entities. EGM scheduled for August 01, 2026 to seek shareholder approval.
