Kiran Print Pack Approves ₹8.5 Crore Related-Party Property Sale

Board approved the proposed sale of the company’s industrial land and building to promoter-linked Karav Innovation LLP for Rs. 8.5 crore, subject to shareholder approval and definitive agreements. The property generated Rs. 43.7 lakh rental income in FY26, representing approximately 28.94% of total income.
