KKV Agro Powers Approves Cumbum Division Transfer To KTM Jewellery

Board approved transferring the Cumbum retail jewellery division to promoter-group entity The KTM Jewellery Limited via slump sale, subject to shareholder approval and closing conditions. The division contributed Rs.91.89 crore, or 9.54% of FY26 turnover, and 35.32% of net worth. Consideration comprises Rs.1.11 crore cash plus the Ocean Sapphire brand and related rights.
