Kolte-Patil Developers Signs Six Mumbai Projects Worth ₹6,000 Crore GDV

Kolte-Patil signed six Mumbai Metropolitan Region redevelopment projects across Santacruz, Andheri, Oshiwara, Versova, Ghatkopar and Vashi, with estimated combined GDV of approximately Rs.6,000 crore. The projects are expected to launch within 6–12 months, subject to approvals, substantially expanding the company's Mumbai pipeline.
