Kothari Fermentation entered 6 Oct 2026 domestic yeast agreements with Oriental Yeast India, Japanese subsidiary with Rs1078.05cr paid-up capital; OYI to provide technical and distribution support, KFBL manufacturing services, to improve quality, distribution and manufacturing efficiency, with no upfront consideration.
