Kothari Sugars Receives NSE No-Objection For KPL Amalgamation Scheme

NSE issued a no-objection observation letter for the proposed amalgamation of Kothari Sugars with Kothari Petrochemicals, enabling filing with the NCLT. The scheme remains subject to shareholder, creditor, NCLT and other statutory approvals, and must be submitted to the NCLT within six months.
