KPI Green Energy Wins ₹621 Crore NTPC Renewable Solar Contract

Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 694 Cr vs 603 Cr, up 15.1%. EBITDA at 282 Cr vs 227 Cr, up 24.2%. EBITDA Margin at 40.6% vs 37.6%, expansion of 300bps. PAT at 94.7 Cr vs 111 Cr, down 15.0%; finance costs grew 161% to 99.7 Cr vs revenue growth of 15.1%. Debt-equity ratio increased to 1.84x from 0.46x. The company executed a 120MW/240MWh GUVNL BESS agreement, taking cumulative standalone BESS capacity to 565MW/1,130MWh, and won a 621 Cr NTPC solar BOS order. CFO Salim Yahoo resigned citing family emergencies and was replaced by Kapil Kriplani, an experienced finance professional.
