Kratikal Tech Approves ₹15.97 Crore Investments In Overseas Subsidiaries

Board approved cash investments of up to 6.0 Cr in Threatcop FZ LLC, UAE, to support working capital and overseas expansion, and 10.0 Cr in Threatcop AI Inc., USA, to fund operations and growth. Both subsidiaries remain wholly owned; investments are subject to overseas investment regulations.
