Kshitij Polyline Announces ₹29.34 Crore Rights Issue At ₹3.17

Kshitij Polyline proposed a rights issue of up to 92.55 million shares at ₹3.17 each, raising up to ₹29.34 crore, or two shares for every five held. Net proceeds will repay ₹22.53 crore of borrowings and fund general purposes; promoters hold no shares and will not participate.
