Kuantum Papers allotted ₹100 crore of unlisted, unrated, senior secured NCDs at an effective 12.70% annual cost, including a 9.70% monthly coupon and 3% redemption premium, maturing 2 June 2030. The instruments carry 1.5x security cover, personal guarantees and rating-linked coupon step-ups. Context: completes the previously approved borrowing plan.
