PAT at 0.2 Cr vs 0.1 Cr, up 145.8%. Trading in Securities segment drove profitability with fair value gain of 0.2 Cr vs loss of 0.06 Cr last year, while Financing and Consulting revenues declined. Board decided to apply to RBI for surrender of its NBFC license.
