Lactose India Secures NCLT Sanction For Vitanosh Ingredients Merger

NCLT Ahmedabad sanctioned Vitanosh Ingredients’ amalgamation into Lactose (India), effective from 1 October 2024, with Vitanosh to dissolve without winding up. Upon effectiveness, Lactose will issue 0.7946 shares for each Vitanosh share; combined lactose capacity is expected to increase to 15,000 MT annually. Statutory filings remain pending.
