Landmark Property Development Seeks Eterna Repayment Extension After ₹8 Crore Cheque

The Board approved, subject to shareholder approval, extending Eterna Living’s repayment deadline to March 31, 2027. Eterna submitted an ₹8 crore part-payment cheque; upon realization, the outstanding balance will decline from ₹35.11 crore to ₹27.11 crore, under the Refund and Settlement Agreement.
