TMD Turns The Corner PAT at Rs 55.5 Cr in Q1 FY27, +384.0% YoY. Revenue at Rs 861 Cr in Q1 FY27, +24.0% YoY. EBITDA at Rs 105 Cr, +107.7% YoY. EBITDA margin at 12.2% vs 7.3%; other expenses grew 0.4% vs revenue growth of 24%. TMD swung to profit at Rs 0.4 Cr vs loss of Rs 24.2 Cr, while MTD (+134.8%) and ATC (+224.3%) sustained strong growth. Board approved amendment to Object Clause of MoA to expand into Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Chemicals, EV & Mobility, Renewable Energy, Electronics Manufacturing, and Robotics & Automation, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
